Itineraries, budgets, and other content created by Users remain their property (see Terms of Service, "User Content").

English and French are accepted as languages of communication.

WeshareTrip is a collaborative planning tool — not a travel agency. Figures provided by the Service (price estimates, weather forecasts, exchange rates) are indicative and provided for information purposes only (see Terms of Service, "Indicative nature of estimates").
8. Governing law and disputes
This legal notice is governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and failing an amicable resolution, the courts of [city of registered office] shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory provisions applicable to consumers residing in the European Union.
